TRIVIA:
The Chameleon's disguises include the Judge, Major Anderson, an old man, an Indian, and Michael. He imitates Devon's voice.
Armand's Cafe is a deliberate homage to the classic movie Casablanca, and actor Byron Webster was cast because of his likeness to actor Sidney Greenstreet. Michael also meets a young lady there named Ingrid (after Casablanca star Ingrid Bergman).
Nicholas Worth also appears in the fourth season premiere KNIGHT OF THE JUGGERNAUT, while Domenic Brascia also provides comic relief in the episode KNIGHT BEHIND BARS. Kimberley Foster went on to star in Glen A. Larson's Cover-Up series.
SCRIPT TO SCREEN:
Tonie Baxter, the Chameleon's daughter, went by the name Tonie Ryder in the early versions. 'Armand Moun' became 'Armand Pressler' in the episode, while the Chameleon himself was originally J. Gordon Dixon.
